3. Integration with Google Services

To enhance your productivity, Workik offers integration with your Google account. When you authorize us to connect with your Google services, we access certain data to provide specific features. Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not use this data for advertising purposes. The data is used solely to provide and improve the user-facing features of our platform. Here is a breakdown of the services we integrate with and why:

3.1 Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets - (Only AI Automation Feature)

Permissions Requested: View and manage your Google Drive files and folders (  drive.file  ), view and manage your Google Docs (  drive.file  ), and view and manage your Google Spreadsheets (  drive.file  ).

How We Use It: Used only in AI Automations Feature to Automate Tasks. This integration allows you to directly access, create, edit, and manage your documents and spreadsheets from within the Workik platform. This creates a seamless workflow so you don't have to switch between applications. We only access the files you specifically choose to open or create through our service.

3.2 Gmail

Permissions Requested: Read, compose, and send emails from your Gmail account (/auth/gmail.readonly, /auth/gmail.compose, /auth/gmail.send), and view your primary Google account email address (email).

How We Use It:  Used only in AI Automations Feature to Gmail Tasks This allows you to read, draft, and send emails directly from the Workik interface. This is designed to streamline your communication without leaving our platform. We do not store your emails on our servers, and we only process email content to display it to you and to send messages on your behalf as you direct.

3.3 Google Calendar

Permissions Requested: View and edit events on your calendars (/auth/calendar.events, /auth/calendar.readonly).

How We Use It:  Used only in AI Automations Feature to Google Calendar Tasks.  This integration lets you view your schedule and create or modify calendar events from within Workik. This helps you manage your tasks, appointments, and deadlines in one place.

By connecting your Google account, you grant us permission to access this information as described above. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account security settings.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This includes measures like encryption of data in transit (using TLS) and at rest. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
