Workik integrates with Google services to help users streamline workflows, automate tasks, and enhance productivity directly from within the Workik platform.
When you connect your Google account, Workik may access limited information necessary to perform specific actions you explicitly authorize.
Workik’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the
Google API Services User Data Policy
, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
Data obtained via Google integrations is used solely to provide and improve user-facing functionality on the Workik platform.
Permissions Requested:

(view, manage, and create files you open or generate through Workik).
Purpose:
Enables you to access, edit, and manage Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets directly within Workik.
Access Control:
Workik only accesses files you specifically select or create during use; no bulk or background access occurs.

Purpose:
Allows you to read, draft, and send emails from within Workik’s interface to streamline communications.
Data Handling:
Workik does not store your emails. Email content is processed transiently to render and send messages as directed by you.

Purpose:
Allows you to view, create, and manage calendar events using Workik’s automation features.
Data Handling:
Access is limited to the events you view or modify through Workik; no continuous synchronization or background monitoring occurs.
Data received from Google APIs is used only for the functionality explicitly described above.
Workik does not use raw or derived Google user data for advertising, marketing, or profiling.
Data is retained only for as long as needed to deliver the requested service and is securely deleted upon revocation or account deletion.
You can revoke Workik’s access to your Google data at any time from your
Google Account Security Settings

Workik strictly complies with Google’s Limited Use requirement related to AI/ML model development.
Workik’s AI-powered features — such as AI Automation, AI Bots, and Programming with AI — may integrate with third-party AI/ML services (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic).
Workik does not transfer or share Google user data with these third-party AI services for the purpose of developing, improving, or training their generalized or non-personalized AI/ML models.
Any Google user data processed through such APIs is used solely to provide the specific AI-powered functionality requested by the user.
Workik does not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or ML models.
Google user data you provide (e.g., via Drive, Docs, or Gmail context) may be used temporarily to improve personalized features within your account (for example, enabling context indexing for faster search), but such data is not aggregated or reused beyond your workspace.

Workik explicitly affirms that no Google Workspace APIs are used to develop, improve, or train any generalized or non-personalized AI or ML models by Workik or its third-party providers.
You maintain full control over your data and permissions.
To disconnect Workik from Google services, visit your
Google Account Permissions page
and revoke access to “Workik.”
Upon revocation, Workik immediately ceases all access to your Google account and deletes any cached or temporary data obtained through that integration.
